Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Kilkenny Silver purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

 

How to Make a Return

1. Please notify us by email at kilkennysilver@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase if you wish to return an item.
2. Make sure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
3. Post your return to:
Kilkenny Silver, Cappagh, Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland
 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

 

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
